Super Six Sunday: Favorite Book Couples

Super Six Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by the awesome people @ Bewitched Bookworms. The theme for today is your favorite book couples

I think I might get some flack for some of the books I am going to list below but I never said my taste in books fit in perfectly with the rest of the world :)
This is also from all genres . . . I like a little bit of everything :)

These are only six of my favorite couples (there are so many).  The list is in no order what so ever . . .

Angie Peterson and Alastair Honeybun (A Honeybun and Coffee)

This was a fun loving couple that did not take life too seriously and had me laughing out load quite a few times. I would definitely recommend this sweet book if you enjoy switching between laughs and keeping one step ahead of the bad guys.

Henry DeTamble and Clare Abshire (The Time Traveler's Wife)

These two had me in tears - such a beautiful (and sad) love story.

Sascha and Lucas  (Slave to Sensation)

I just love an alpha male . . .

Bella and Edward (Twilight Series)

In spite of everything, I think this is a beautiful love story :)

Blayne Thorpe and Bo Novikov (Beast Behaving Badly)

What a wonderful mismatch made in heaven!

Odd Thomas and Stormy Llewellyn (Odd Thomas)

A bitter sweet love story (maybe it was just too perfect to last . . . )

What do you think of my choices?  Read any of them yet?

  2. I just finished my list and reading yours I realize; I totally forgot to include the time traveller and his wife. It's been so long since I read it, years in fact and since then I've only ever watched the movie, so I guess I filed that couple under non-book. Oops!
Great list by the way - Bella & Edward, a YA classic. Didn't think of them either btw. Probably because I'm still a little mad at E for being such a bad boyfriend during "New Moon".

    Cheers, Katarina :)

  3. I agree with Bella and Edward too. I was NEVER team Jacob. It's common sense, the first love wins. Lol. And, while I've never read Time Traveler's Wife, I've watched the movie and I LOVE IT.

    1. Because of the movies, I always enjoyed Jacob but I understood that the love story would always be Bella and Edward :)

  4. I haven't read any of these - I'm probably the only girl in the world who hasn't read Twilight yet - gasp, but it's on my TBR list. And now so is Slave to Sensation - it sounds very intriguing!

    1. As long as you go into TWILIGHT with an open mind. So much has been said, but you just have to believe (it is paranormal fantasy after all). I know you will love it!

  5. Hahaa YES for Edward and Bella - argh.... they were so epically sweet and lovely together! Makes me wish to be back in this time when I reread Twilight over and over again!
